Photos With Santa
The Lighted Christmas parade is a long-treasured family past time of Union County. If you find that Jack Frost is nipping at your nose, make your way up to the Old Train Depot and sit a spell with the big guy himself, enjoy the warmth, have a doughnut hole and sip some cider. The Photographer is available to capture your visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus before the parade. * This event is cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce. Thank you for all who participate to make this experience a lasting memory for all the families in our community. Halloween Dance This event is new to our annual line-up, but a frightening good time was had by all! Middle School/ High School guys and ghouls came out in fine style, sporting their most creative, cute and scary costumes to dance the night away!! (well, until 11:30 anyway...) All of the proceeds from this fundraiser is specifically for teen books and the teen reading program. Scrapbooking Event This event is also new for 2014! The date is set for the next annual scrapbooking event in February 2015 (see the events calendar for more information later). Join fellow scrap bookers and get your creative juices flowing- meals provided, concessions stand open, and vendors available to make the most of your experience. Perfect opportunity to spend a day with your girlfriends, or to get out of the house after being cooped up all winter. |
